Thank you for choosing Taylored Services. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust. These Terms of Service explain how we provide our services and what you can expect when working with us.
By scheduling or authorizing service with Taylored Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Taylored Services provides residential and light commercial services, including but not limited to:

Services offered may vary depending on location, licensing requirements, product availability, and project scope.
Estimates and Pricing
We strive to provide clear, upfront pricing whenever possible.
Some projects require an on-site inspection before final pricing can be provided. Any additional work outside the original estimate will always be discussed and approved before it is completed.
Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for 30 days.
Scheduling
We work hard to arrive within the scheduled appointment window.
Occasionally weather, traffic, emergency service calls, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling. If delays occur, we will communicate with you as promptly as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete your project safely and efficiently, customers agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Secure pets and remove obstacles from the workspace.

Inform us of any known hazards or conditions that may affect the work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and any applicable fees permitted by law.
Materials and Products
Whenever possible, we use quality products from reputable manufacturers.
Availability of certain products, colors, or models may change due to manufacturer inventory or supply chain conditions. If substitutions become necessary, we will discuss available options with you before proceeding.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to products when offered by the manufacturer.
In addition, Taylored Services stands behind the quality of our workmanship. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship during the applicable warranty period, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the concern and make it right when covered.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
Existing Conditions
Some repairs may reveal hidden damage or previously undiscovered conditions that could not reasonably be identified during the initial inspection.
If additional repairs become necessary, we will explain the findings and provide pricing before continuing any additional work.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taylored Services is responsible only for damages directly resulting from our services.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility interruptions, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at any time by contacting us as soon as possible.
If special-order materials have already been purchased specifically for your project, you may be responsible for the cost of those materials.
Photos
We may take photographs of completed work for documentation, warranty records, training, or marketing purposes.
We will never intentionally publish personally identifying information such as addresses, license plates, or family members without permission.
If you would prefer that your completed project not be used in marketing materials, simply let us know.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have any concerns regarding our work, please contact us as soon as possible. We value the opportunity to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The version posted on our website at the time services are scheduled will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
